TNS CUES
Maker of pool cues from 1996 to present in Rockland County, New York.
Tommy Migliore was brought up in Bridgeport, Connecticut. He started playing pool in his early teens but did not take it seriously at that time. After high school and college, he began working as a machinist in a large corporation making medical products. Tommy started playing pool again, and he bought his first two-piece cue. He noted the plastic joint protectors on cues owned by his pool league team members and decided to make his own joint protectors out of aluminum. Tommy´s aluminum joint protectors became a popular item.
Tommy began doing cue repairs and experimented with making shafts. The owner of a pool room asked him to make a cue; this is how his cue making business began. Since that time, Tommy´s cues have changed from very simple designs to more complex custom cue orders. Tommy´s cues are unique in that he uses different metals to make the collars, pins, and other components so that the user will always find the right balance without having to take anything out of the wood.
If you are interested in talking to Tommy Migliore about a new cue or cue that needs to be repaired, you can contact him at TNS Cues, listed in the Trademark Index.
