Maker of pool cues in the late 1960s in Chicago, Illinois.
In 1968 the National Tournament Chalk Company decided to start making a line of cues. They set up a cue manufacturing facility in Chicago. Several cuemakers who later went on to start major cuemaking companies of their own were hired. Bob Meucci and Richard Helmstetter, among others, made cues and ran the operation. After about a year the facility moved to Georgia, and was closed not long after. Most National cues are easily identified by the "National" name engraved on the butt caps.
